emty-busch.jpgHump Day in St. Louis.  Long story short...well, there is no "long" story.  No baseball, and the local football *team* is coming off a bye week.  In what is considered by many as the greatest sports month of the year, it isn't all that exuberant in this neck of the woods.

Thank goodness for Mizzou football, which should rule the local headlines over the next 48 hours.

The lack of excitement may be why St. Louis was recently listed in the #40 slot of "Greatest American Sports Cities".  [St. Louis Business Journal]
